Rose and the Cloud Notebook

Rose keeps a notebook of clouds above the community garden. She predicts rain too quickly and almost stops the garden club from watering. Grandma helps her separate what she sees from what she guesses. Rose makes a careful weather note and the garden gets the water it needs.
