Lina and the Kite Festival Compass

Lina prepares a swallow kite for a school trip to the spring kite festival. Her kite dives because she adds decorations without balancing the frame. She listens to kite makers, studies the wind with a compass, and rebuilds the tail. The swallow rises after Lina combines her idea with the festival makers' advice.
