Charlie Learns the Traffic Lights

Charlie, a red, round, smiling car, runs a red light and causes chaos at the busiest crossroads. Panda Officer calmly explains the rules and trains Charlie through red, yellow, green, crosswalks, rain, night sirens and signal failures. Charlie practices patience, keeps distance, and learns to help others. He returns to the big intersection, stops first, earns a Safety Star, and drives home proud.
