Beside a cozy reading corner, old oak Laurel keeps three round tree holes where children and animals leave private notes. When the Evening Wind begs her to share a secret, Laurel is tempted by Poppy's moonlight acrobatics, Emily's solo worries, and Dillon's wish to make peace. Her warm tree holes remind her that trust is not permission. Laurel asks each note writer first, then turns only allowed pieces into an anonymous song. The wind loves it, and Dillon later writes his own letter while Laurel kindly guards his privacy.

Every Gula Stories story is written for children ages 3–8 and goes through content review before publishing.
